Welcome. I'm glad you are here.
If you have found your way to this page, you may be going through a difficult period in your life.
Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, low mood, depression, relationship difficulties, or a persistent feeling that something is missing. You may be highly capable on the outside, yet inside feel overwhelmed, lonely, or disconnected from yourself.
Maybe you struggle to set boundaries, express your needs without guilt, or stop putting everyone else’s needs before your own.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin creating a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
How I can help with Psychotherapy
I work with adults who experience:
✓ Anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm or depression
✓ Low self-esteem and excessive self-criticism
✓ Difficulties setting healthy boundaries
✓ Relationship and communication challenges
✓ Loneliness, uncertainty or feeling “lost”
✓ The long-term effects of growing up in emotionally unavailable, demanding or dysfunctional families
✓ A desire for personal growth and greater self-awareness
My therapeutic approach
I am a certified Gestalt psychotherapist.
Gestalt psychotherapy is based on the belief that lasting change happens through an authentic therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety and acceptance.
Our work focuses on understanding your whole experience—not only your symptoms, but also your:
- emotions
- thoughts
- body awareness
- relationships
- life patterns
- present experience
Rather than giving advice or ready-made solutions, I support you in discovering your own resources and developing greater awareness, allowing meaningful and lasting change to emerge naturally.
Integrative approach
Alongside Gestalt psychotherapy, I incorporate elements of:
- Body-oriented psychotherapy inspired by Alexander Lowen’s Bioenergetic Analysis
- Mindfulness practices based on MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)
This holistic approach helps reconnect the mind, body and emotions while strengthening your ability to regulate stress and build inner stability.
About me
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in international Human Resources, supporting people from different countries and cultures.
This experience taught me openness, curiosity and deep respect for every person’s unique story. It also allows me to understand many of the challenges connected with professional life, workplace stress, career transitions and maintaining balance between work and personal life.
Outside my professional work, I am a wife, a mother of two children, and someone who enjoys travelling, sport and books.
I believe that personal growth is not about becoming someone different.
It is about discovering—and accepting—who you truly are.
Therapy in English
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults:
📍 In-person in my office in Gdansk Oliwa, Poland
💻 Online sessions for clients living anywhere in the world
Sessions are available in English and Polish.
My practice is an inclusive, confidential and welcoming space where every person is treated with respect, empathy and genuine curiosity.
Take the first step
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
If you feel that now may be the right time to take care of yourself, I would be happy to accompany you on that journey.
I warmly invite you to get in touch and arrange an initial consultation.
